In this project, I served as the Assistant Director for a promotional video featuring MMA fighter Chad Mendes, highlighting his partnership with a renowned tool brand, Crescent. The objective was to create a high-energy promo video to be played at the arena during Chad's next match to thousands of fans. The video seamlessly integrates Chad's intense training movements with the precise actions of the tools, creating a visually engaging and impactful narrative.

The result is a captivating blend of athletic prowess and tool functionality, showcasing the synergy between Chad's workout regimen and the tools that support his day to day life. Our crew traveled to Sacramento to shoot in Chad's home gym, where we were given access just an hour before the shoot. With only two hours of Chad's time so we worked swiftly to plan our shot list and theme of the video. As AD I helped plan each shot sequence with specific locations in mind and I made sure we took time to shoot dynamic transitions while setting aside time to record Chad’s own voice over on site to tie everything together. The end result is a unique and compelling fast paced promotional piece that our team and client were very proud of
