As the shooter and editor for the National Hardware Show 2024 Day 1 highlight video, I had the exciting task of capturing and showcasing the vibrant energy of the event's opening day. Our team has been the sole media team for NHS for the past five years, and this project was particularly fun given the visually engaging atmosphere of the show. To kick off the video, I used a photo hyperlapse that quickly transitioned into the bustling activity of the first few hours on the show floor.

The challenge was to shoot, create proxies, and edit the video within a tight four-hour window to ensure it was ready for same-day posting by the client. Prior to our arrival in Vegas, I meticulously planned my shots and visual narrative, allowing me to efficiently gather all necessary assets once on site. This preparation ensured a smooth workflow and a clear vision, enabling me to deliver a polished, dynamic highlight reel under a tight deadline.
